Returns

We want you in gear you'll actually wear. Unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, or exchanged for a different size or color. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged outside normal use aren't eligible, and final-sale items are marked as such at checkout. Shipping promotions — including free outbound and return shipping on qualifying orders — are offered at our discretion and may change or end at any time; the terms posted at the time you place your order are the ones that apply to that order. Cancellations of Guide Trips and Lessons

Trips are reserved with deposit of 50% of the full cost of the trip.

--Cancel 8 or more days before your scheduled start time and you'll receive a full refund.

--Between 7 days and 48 hours out, you may move your trip to another available date at no charge, or cancel for a refund less a $100 cancellation fee. 

--Inside 48 hours, you may reschedule once, subject to guide availability; cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the full cost of the trip, as do no-shows and arrivals too late to run the trip.

A rescheduled trip carries the original booking's terms to the new date.

If we cancel — unsafe weather, wildfire or access closures, unfishable water, or guide illness — you choose between rescheduling or a full refund. Wind, rain, snow, off-color water, and slow fishing are part of fly fishing in northern New Mexico and are not grounds for a refund; the decision on whether conditions are safe and fishable is the guide's.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
